What are the Gate Access hours?

Customers can access our facility between the hours of 6:00am-7:00pm.

Do I have to come in to rent or can I rent on the phone?

An in-person visit may be required to complete paperwork, verify identification, and receive access instructions. Our staff will guide you through the process and let you know what is needed before move-in.

Do you offer vehicle or equipment storage?

Storage options may be available for certain vehicles, trailers, or equipment, depending on size and availability. Please contact us directly to confirm current options and any applicable requirements.

What if I want to retrieve my belongings in storage?

Tenants may access their storage units during designated access hours. Gate access procedures and entry instructions will be provided at the time of rental. Please contact our staff if you need assistance or have questions about access.

How can I get in touch with your management or staff, if I need help?

You can contact D&P Mini Storage by phone or through our website. On-site management availability may vary, but we make every effort to respond promptly to questions, concerns, or service requests during business hours.

Do you offer moving trucks or transport rentals?

At this time, we do not provide truck rentals or transportation services. However, customers are welcome to use their own vehicles or third-party moving services when moving items into or out of their unit.

How long can I rent a storage unit?

Storage rentals are flexible and available on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. You may keep your unit for as long as you need, provided your account remains in good standing.

What unit size will I need?

Unit size depends on what you plan to store. Smaller units work well for boxes and seasonal items, while larger units can accommodate furniture, appliances, or the contents of an entire home. Our team is happy to help you choose the right size based on your needs.

Can I tour the storage facility or view a unit before renting?

Yes, tours may be available based on staff availability and unit access. We recommend calling ahead to schedule a visit so we can ensure someone is available to assist you.

What items are not allowed in storage units?

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable food, illegal items, and living beings are not permitted. A full list of prohibited items will be provided in your rental agreement.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Rental payments are due according to the terms of your agreement. Late payments may result in fees or restricted access. Continued nonpayment could lead to further action as outlined in the rental contract.
